I can tell you that there is an association of electricians, plumbers, nurses, teachers just to name a few that can be found on the net.

These associations or organizations have a broad structure. They will exist at national level and can be found at district level. When trying to find the person it comes to this, the lower the level the better your chances of locating that particular person and it is made possible to access the level that you think the person may be at.

There are other sites that are not professional in nature but social and I am not referring to the social networks but sites that relate to people’s interests like a NHL (National Hockey League) site or Football site where fans of those sports can be found. If the person that you are looking for has any such known interests then check them out on those sites. These are tips that can assist you in locating a person at no cost at all on the net.
