Exciting New Electronic Communication Tool Using Google Wave
Google is at it again. They are now in limited release versions they are allowing access to a new product called Google wave that will replace e-mail and instant messaging as a new way of electronic communication for businesses and individuals.
Using Google Wave allows users to work together with co-workers worldwide to produce Rich Text documents, video, maps, photos and much more.
When using a wave, any person that is a participant can send a reply anywhere in the message, make edits and add more participants anywhere during the process. There is a playback feature that allows anyone involved in the wave to rewind the message and see what others are saying in the process.
Google Wave is going to be a great way for teams to work together on group projects. The features that Google has built into this program allows you to pass on meeting notes and share photos or videos of the meeting, even with online meetings. This will allow satellite office to brainstorm. In your down time, Google wave offers interactive games.
Google wave takes the best features of G-mail where messages are threaded, adds the best features of an instant messenger and adds even more features.
Currently Google Wave is in the development stage and you can only request an invitation. It is expected to remain in development stage throughout the remainder of 2009 and be open for full release sometime in 2010.
Users can find spelling and grammar check as a part of the features of this program. Another feature is that it can instantly translate documents and waves into forty different languages, which will once again be useful to satellite offices around the world.
Watch for the full program release in the near future, but in the mean time, be sure that you take time to sign up to get an invitation from Google for a limited release version of Google Wave.
Very soon Google mail will be taken over by a new brand of communication. Google Wave is the new toy from the famous developer. Wave developers are saying that this is going to be the best mail program yet.
